In my professional experience in architecture, alliances and collaborations in comprehensive projects stand out. From my team at VODO Arquitectos in Caracas, I have worked on both public and private projects, and in Panama, I have collaborated both independently and with external colleagues’ associations. My focus is on the restoration, and regeneration of historical areas, and beachfront real estate projects.

 

My processes span from conceptualization to execution, adapting to changing variables. What sets me apart is my involvement in all stages of the project, combining technical and construction knowledge with creativity and design. My versatility and empathy enable me to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and various creative studios, taking on different roles as needed and adapting to resources and circumstances.

 

I execute projects within the agreed budget and timeline with the client and investor. My approach to spatial configuration moves away from rigidity, creating authentic spaces, often intertwined with cultural management. This adds unique value to my projects, enriching the programmatic content of architectural spaces and positively impacting the urban environment, as I have recently done in the Historic Center of Panama and Playa Venao, Pedasí.

 

In summary, my global, creative, responsible, and honest approach to architecture demonstrates exceptional dedication to my field and the ability to adapt to various circumstances, whether it's a precise budget or the search for creative solutions with the minimum available investment.
